The Apartment

In the living room is an electric adjustable desk which is perfect for remote work. The adjustable desk becomes a bureau after the work days is finished.

The apartment is located next to Katri Vala park in Sörnäinen, Kallio. The name becomes from a poet named Katri Vala who lived in the building long time ago. Sörnäinen is an active part of Helsinki which is known of artists, students, slobs and bars. Uniarts Helsinki’s Theatre Academy is one kilometers away, Kallio swimming pool is one kilometer away and two gyms are close by and the closest gym is in the next building. Transportation (busses, metro and trams) are 200 meters away.
Vallila Banking District is 1,5 kilometers away. S-Bank, OP Bank and Nordea bank have headquarters in Vallila.
There are four supermarkets 300 meters away and a new shopping mall with over one hundred shops and cafes one kilometer away and the ocean is next to the shopping mall.
